Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with IM 2015, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal for you personally.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or government-mandated exclusion list.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, valid government-issued ID number, and active mobile number.
• Each player is strictly limited to one (1) account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through another person — is a serious breach of these IM 2015 Terms and Conditions and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balances.

IM 2015 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals. We may request government-issued IDs, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your IM 2015 account. This includes keeping your username, password, and OTP codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — not even friends or family. IM 2015 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password for your IM 2015 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately.

Any activity performed through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you report a breach promptly. IM 2015 may temporarily freeze accounts suspected of compromise while investigations are ongoing.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. IM 2015 does not accept third-party payments — your deposit method must match your registered name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name.

IM 2015 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on your chosen payment method. Delays may occur if documentation is pending or if additional security checks are required.

All currency amounts on IM 2015 are displayed in Philippine Peso (₱) with comma-separated thousands (e.g., ₱10,000). Amounts in other currencies are not accepted. Players are responsible for any fees their own bank or e-wallet provider may charge separately.

Bonuses and Promotions

IM 2015 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to reward both new sign-ups and loyal returning players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering/rollover requirement has been met in full.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on IM 2015 — whether on sports like volleyball, MMA, and basketball, or on casino games, sabong, poker, and fishing games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before submitting.
• IM 2015 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, odds error, or system malfunction has occurred. Any winnings paid out due to such errors will be reversed.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors — including artificially generated wins — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Collusion, match-fixing, and any coordinated abuse of betting markets are grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live sporting events. IM 2015 does not manipulate results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the IM 2015 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, icons, software, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of IM 2015 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any IM 2015 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of IM 2015 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, IM 2015, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access due to your own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or verification.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform.

IM 2015's maximum liability to any player for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the relevant transaction period.

Governing Law and Disputes

These IM 2015 Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies within the Philippines.

By using IM 2015, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions. You waive any right to claim jurisdiction in any other territory.
